Pancake Sundays

Every Sunday, Colin makes pancakes for us. It was a tradition started in New Zealand, where he made them every Saturday morning. Now that he works Saturdays, our pancake breakfast shifted to Sundays. It's a treat Ethan looks forward to with great excitement. And he's taken to "helping" Dad, and knows exactly the ingredients that go in, in what order, and the right amounts. What a good little chef's apprentice he is. Here's our little "cook man" (as he calls himself) helping Daddy this morning.
