Today Ethan said, "I miss my cousins." I told him that I'm sure they miss him, too. Then he asked, "Can I make new cousins in New Zealand?"
I smiled. I told him that his cousins are the children of his aunts and uncles and that he doesn't have any aunts or uncles in New Zealand.
Poor guy. He wants to "make" cousins, the way he makes friends.
