Almost 10pm on a Monday night and I sit on the floor of our “office” typing on our “new” computer. Finally online!!! With the majority of my friends (and now ALL our family) being long-distance or online, I’ve been feeling very disconnected these past 2 weeks. But I’m back.
We’re here! We’re truly here. Sometimes it actually feels surreal that we have returned to the country we didn’t know if we’d ever see again. I will update this blog in chunks, or it will never get posted. I’ll try and remember everything, although it’s been an absolute whirlwind. It’s crazy starting life from scratch, but hey, we’re getting to be old pros, with this being our third round doing this. Heh.
Sorry also for the major delay in posting an update. We seriously had no computer access until today when we bought this (majorly discounted) computer and finally signed up for internet. It should be pretty regular from here on out. Well, regular as long as I have the patience for this darned dial-up. Our high speed modem should be here in about a week or so. Cheers!
