Our papers are here, our papers are here!!!!! After a week of a half of waiting after they were sent, and getting a major run-around from the courier company, some kind soul worked today, on his day off, to get them to us. Oh, and after MUCH complaining and hours spent on the phone. Our residence visas are really, truly in our hands.
And a certain courier company owes me some money. I will not pay for service like this.
